About Me

Cathy Bohlken was originally a respiratory therapist, who spent her then career working in intensive care units, where death was a common occurrence. She never believed in the possibility of life after death, and felt like persons who claimed to see the “bright lights” during a near death experience, were simply suffering from hypoxia as their brains and bodies were shutting down. All of that changed when her boyfriend committed suicide, and after meeting with a psychic, she realized that our journey does not end when we pass from this life.

Cathy is currently working in interior design. She has three adult children, and lives in Calgary Alberta. Her story, “I’m Still Here” The Incredible True Story of Love, Loss and Life after Death, is her first book, which is under the process of publication
